Enabling older and disabled people to stay in their own homes

Keeping Active in Later Life

Age Scotland has a range of publications that give advice about how to keep active in later life.

Being physically active gives an instant well-being boost, enables you to keep doing what you love for longer, and helps maintain health, mobility, and independence. Age Scotland has published a series of guides to help you decide what sort of physical exercises are right for you. They also offer online activities to give you a well-being boost.
